Title:Main Title: A dataset of crop growth, gas fluxes measurement from leaf to canopy as well as weather and agronomic management information from the rhizotrone facility in Selhausen from 2015-2017
Description:Abstract: A collection of field data which was carried out above-ground rhizotrone facility in the Selhausen (5 km from Juelich Research Center) that was under framework of Transregional Collaborative Research Centre 32 “ Patterns in Soil-Vegetation-Atmosphere-Systems: Mornitoring, Modelling and Data Assimilation” (TR32). The data includes weather data (2015-2016) which contains relative humidity, VPD, global radiation, wind speed, and rainfall which were collected and gap-filled from TERENO weather stations nearby the rhizotrone facilities. Crop growth data includes plant phenology, plant density, above –ground biomass, yield, LAI, crop height, CN data for separate organs (2015-2016-2017). Crop management contains sowing date, weed treatments, fertilization, water and sheltered applications (2015-2016-2017). Gas flux data includes leaf water potential, leaf stomatal conductance; canopy gas fluxes (2015-2016-2017), and soil flux (2017). This data can be useful to understand the crop growth responses and gas flux patterns under different soil types and water regimes as well as can be used for calibration and validation the coupled root: shoot model from soil to plant and atmosphere.
