| Description: | Abstract: The map shows the geographical position and dimension of Nature Reserves in NRW. An area is assessed as Nature Reserve, if it is necessary to preserve biological communities and biotopes of feral animals and plants or because of scientific, natural historical or historical reasons or just due to the rarity, beauty or particular characteristics of the region. Further it is possible to assess a Nature Reserve to create or recreate biological communities or habitats. In this protected areas all acticities which destroy, demage or change this area or a part of it are forbidden. The data is gratuitous available on the homepage of the Landesamt für Natur, Umwelt und Verbraucherschutz NRW. |
