Description: | Abstract: Raw data from the simulation model RSWMS; Results used in Huber, K., et al. (2015). "Simulating transpiration and leaf water relations in response to heterogeneous soil moisture and different stomatal control mechanisms." Plant and Soil 394(1-2): 109-126. The dataset was generated using the simulation tool rswms (used version rswms6.0 can be downloaded as additional description). The model describes the 3D water flow in soil and the root system and was used to study the influence of hormonally regulated stomata on plant uptake in case of heterogeneous soil water distribution. The dataset includes the input and output data used for the study. The results can be found in the above mentioned article. An more detailed description of the model as well as the input and output files can be found in the rswms user manual (DOI 10.5880/TR32DB.25).
