| Description: | Abstract: The ALK provides the analog information of the cadastral map in a digital form. It is an official map in the legal sense of the cadastral register order. Position and geometry of the real estate (parcels and buildings), land use type, the characteristic topography and public law stipulations (classification of roads to road law, area of water body to water law and areas subjected to re-allocation, restoration or land consolidation) are described in the ALK. It is an up-to-date, independent to scale and map sheet free way to provide planimetric data in a digital form for the whole federal state. Real estate, land use types, topography and public law stipulations are classified as objects. All objects are listed and described in the ‘Objektschlüsselkatalog OSKA-LiegKat NRW’ (feature key catalogue, see folder ‘research’). The geometry of an object is listed in a standardized coordinate system which is valid for the whole federal state. The data is only available for the three subregions. |
