| Description: | Abstract: These data sets include: 1) the leaf area index (LAI) for the years 2013, 2014, 2015; measured with the LAI-2200C Plant Canopy Analyzer (Li-COR Environmental, Lincoln, NE) on random positions in every plot. 2) the crop height for the years 2014 and 2015; measured with a ruler for 20 random plants in each plot. 3) the canopy temperature for the years 2015 and 2016; measured by an infrared sensor constantly installed at each plot (hourly measurement intervalls). - Information: the upper facility with stony soil is referred to as "F1", the lower facility with silty-loam soil as "F2". The three different plots in each facility are: p1 - sheltered, p2 - rainfed, and p3 - irrigated. |
