| Title: | Main Title: Soil respiration measurements in Selhausen (2016) |
| Description: | Abstract: The data set includes soil respiration measurements performed on an agricultural field in Selhausen. Measurements were performed at 2 different locations (i.e., point 101, and 102) with two chambers installed at point 101, and three chambers installed at point 102. The chambers were connected to a Multiplexer (Licor Li-8150), which was again connected to an Infrared Gas Analyser (Licor Li-8100). Data collection was continuously during the vegetation period of the sugar beets in 2016. Measurements were always performed on bare soil. Measuring time was always 90 s; the dead band prior of each measurment was 30 s. A short description of important columns of the data file will be given in the following: lin_flux: CO2 flux derived by a linear model provided by Licor File Viewer. exp_flux: CO2 flux derived by an exponential model provided by Licor File Viewer. CV is coefficient of variation, SE is standard error, and R² is only given for the linear model. MeanCdry is the mean content of CO2 in the chamber during the measurement. |
